Microsoft is attempting a world record for the most people to take an online lesson as part of its AI Skills Fest to mobilise global participation in AI education; Interview with Simon Lambert, Chief Learning Officer, Microsoft UK.

 

Microsoft is attempting to make a world record for AI learning for the most people to take an online lesson in 24 hours.

Simon Lambert, Chief Learning Officer, Microsoft UK, is helping to organise it and joins Learning News to explain all about it.

The world record attempt on Apr 8 kicks off Microsoft's AI Skills Fest, 50 days of learning this April and May, to promote AI in education and mobilise global participation, and is part of Microsoft's 50th Birthday celebrations. 

Microsoft is also involved with the LPI's upcoming Learning Live events in London: LEARNING LIVE AI Edition, 26 June and LEARNING LIVE, 17-18 September.

Lambert explains why Microsoft is mobilising global participation in AI education, making AI learning accessible and supporting the wider AI learning movement.
