The first two Best Practice Guidelines have been published and are now in the Library on the members' Connect Group site.
The first in a series of Best Practice Guidelines cover Course Descriptions, and Course Evaluation & Feedback.
More Guidelines are to be published on a regular basis throughout the year.
Chief Executive Colin Steed said that the Institute is delighted to be publishing the guidelines for the benefit of all learning & development members and that as they are generic guidelines - not exclusively for IT - are applicable to all learning and development professionals.
