Passe-Partout debuting at Learning Live

LEARNINGLIVE, 11-12 Sep 2024: Passe-PartoutLearning NewsLPI (Learning and Performance Institute)

In its 26th year as a learning business, Passe-Partout is thrilled to be debuting at this year’s Learning Live – now the UK’s go-to conference for workplace learning leaders and innovators.

The human-centred approach is Passe-Partout's thing.

Which means:

Creating learning content resonant with the totality of the human experience – believing, thinking, feeling, acting, relating and integrating.

Helping clients offer development which is transformative for the people at the heart of their businesses – employees, customers and the wider community.

At this year’s Learning LivePasse-Partout is particularly excited to be showcasing three ground-breaking offers:

1. Personal Best 2.0 – bringing leadership level learning to the front line. With roots in psychology, neuroscience and behavioural science, PB 2.0 taps into employees’ motivations, aspirations and passions enabling them to achieve personal breakthroughs in the domains of mindset, relational capacity and performance.

2. Human-centred coaching – if we don’t free coaches to work with the whole person, we may as well commission bots to do our coaching! Our approach busts through the myths and shackles that encumber traditional workplace coaching approaches; with a mission to empower internal coaches to get beyond goal-oriented approaches and support their clients with positive, transformative change.

3. Inclusive learning kitemark – coming soon, a comprehensive framework and toolkit to enable employers and facilitators stay abreast of continuous social development and diversification, ensuring a truly inclusive learning offer.
