The LPI (Learning & Performance Institute) is reminding organisations, teams, and individuals in the global learning and development (L&D) community that submissions for the prestigious 2025 Learning Awards will close on 29 September 2024

This is the final opportunity for those who have made significant contributions to workplace learning, development, and performance to showcase their achievements and receive recognition from one of the industry’s most respected platforms.

Celebrating excellence and innovation, the Learning Awards honor outstanding achievement in a variety of categories, including but not limited to:

  • Learning Leader of the Year
  • Learning Technologies Award
  • Learning Team of the Year
  • Digital Learning Transformation Award
  • Rising Star Award

Over the years, the Learning Awards have served as a benchmark of excellence, with winners enjoying international recognition for their pioneering work and dedication to enhancing skills development within organisations.

Nomination Process

The submission process is straightforward, allowing applicants to highlight their standout initiatives and impact. All submissions must be completed through the official Learning Awards portal by 23:59 GMT on 29 September 2024.

The judging process, led by a panel of independent L&D experts, is thorough and transparent, ensuring that every entry is evaluated on its merit. Finalists will be announced in November, and the winners will be revealed at the prestigious Learning Awards ceremony, taking place on 13 February 2025 at the 5-star Grosvenor House on London's Park Lane.
