LMS usability is a concern for 31%, indicating a need for more intuitive systems. The use of data-driven skills analysis is more prevalent, with 64% of respondents leveraging learning data to inform their strategies. AI integration is on the rise, enhancing the ability to create and roll out training content quickly. The report discusses the importance of sustaining learner engagement through interactive training methods, gamification, and social learning.
