With increasing pressure on organisations to keep pace with evolving technologies and workforce needs, the collaboration aims to promote more strategic, business-aligned approaches to learning. Both the LPI and KPMG UK share a commitment to improving performance through high-quality, relevant, and cost-effective learning solutions.
LONDON, 15 May 2025: The Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) has today announced a new collaboration with the award-winning learning services provider, KPMG in the UK.
As a result, KPMG UK will be heavily involved in several of the LPI’s flagship initiatives, including their Learning Live events and networks, as the two organisations look to raise awareness of the critical skills challenges facing businesses today.
“Our customers are telling us that addressing their skills shortages has become a strategic priority globally”, says Louise Scott-Worrall, Head of Learning Services for KPMG UK. “We know that having the right people with the right skills in the right place is vital if they are to achieve their long-term strategic ambitions. Yet that can be really challenging in an environment where new technologies, workforce models and ways of working are changing skills requirements at a rapid rate.”
“All of these factors are forcing employers to reassess and refresh their skills base more frequently. As a result, we find ourselves working with clients on everything from AI and digital skills through to risk and regulation. That’s why collaborations like this with the LPI are so important, helping to raise awareness of the skills issues that organisations are facing.”
Established in 2012, KPMG UK’s Learning Services business is one of Europe’s largest learning providers. It has also been recognised as one of the world’s top 20 learning services companies in each of the last three years.
KPMG UK’s learning specialists offer everything from design and delivery through to technology and a fully managed learning service. They are committed to delivering world-class learning that is relevant, high quality and cost-effective. By tying everything they do to business goals and workforce plans, they make sure that organisations get the skills and training they need to improve both performance and productivity.
“We’re excited to collaborate with KPMG UK at such a pivotal moment for the L&D industry,” added Edmund Monk, CEO of the LPI. “Their commitment to advancing the learning agenda aligns perfectly with our mission to raise standards and drive measurable impact across the profession.”
This collaboration is part of a broader effort by the LPI to work with leading organisations that share a vision for smarter, more strategic learning that enables real business transformation.
