KPMG Learning Services secures prestigious LPI accreditation

KPMG UK has been awarded formal accreditation by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), recognising the firm’s outstanding Learning Services offering across design, delivery, technology, governance, and measurement.

KPMG in the UK has been formally accredited by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), the global authority on workplace learning. The accreditation is widely regarded as one of the most rigorous benchmarks in the profession, recognising providers who deliver learning that is relevant, impactful and closely aligned with an organisation’s strategic ambitions and workforce plans.

The assessment covered every aspect of KPMG UK’s Learning Services offer, including design, delivery, technology, governance and measurement. In announcing this accreditation, the LPI cited how KPMG UK links learning directly to business goals, helping clients to build their workforce capability and create a culture that supports both individual development and organisational performance.

The accreditation highlights KPMG UK’s commitment to delivering high quality learning that represents excellent value for money. The evaluation praised how their dedicated Learning Services team helps inject pace into clients’ upskilling and reskilling plans, helping them to improve both their performance and productivity.
