$54 million investment in eLearning Brothers
eLearning Brothers has secured a $54 million investment to fund future growth; funds will be used to first complete the acquisitions of Rehearsal and Origin Learning.
Learning solutions company eLearning Brothers has received an additional investment to enable its acquisitions of the coaching platform, Rehearsal and the India-based learning provider, Origin Learning, both announced last month.
The investment also recapitalises the business' debt under a sole debtholder in an aim to better position the business for future acquisitions.
Rehearsal and Origin join game-based learning solutions provider The Game Agency, elearning authoring application Lectora, virtual reality builder CenarioVR and the learning experience platform Rockstar as part of eLearning Brothers' offerings.
