360Learning launches L&D Performance Academy to equip learning teams for the AI era
ATD-accredited nine-course academy helps L&D teams align with business goals, master AI, and demonstrate measurable impact.
Paris, London, New York; 16 September 2025: Collaborative learning platform 360Learning has launched the L&D Performance Academy, a free, ATD-accredited programme designed to help learning professionals align more closely with business priorities and navigate the impact of artificial intelligence on workplace skills.
The nine-course academy builds on 360Learning’s AI Certification, which has already upskilled more than 8,500 L&D practitioners globally and offers shareable certificates accredited by the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Two of the courses focus specifically on AI: one on mastering foundational principles, and another on embedding AI strategy into L&D workflows.
The launch comes amid growing pressure on organisations to adapt to rapid technological change. According to the World Economic Forum, 44% of workers’ core skills are expected to be disrupted by AI by 2028, with the half-life of skills averaging just five years. Despite this, many learning teams still struggle to demonstrate measurable impact, leaving them vulnerable to budget cuts.
360Learning’s Chief Learning Officer, David James, said the initiative aims to position L&D as a performance driver:
“L&D teams are doing more with less, yet their impact is often overlooked as AI reshapes how organisations compete. To thrive in this new era, L&D needs to be performance accelerators, driving measurable outcomes across the business.”
Developed in partnership with a network of subject-matter experts, the academy takes a collaborative learning approach, combining peer-driven content, interactive exercises, and case studies. Courses are available in English, French, and German, and can be followed in sequence or selected individually, depending on learner goals.
The initiative reinforces 360Learning’s positioning as an AI-powered learning platform that combines LMS and LXP functionality, serving enterprise and mid-sized organisations including Safran, Cognizant, Duolingo and Bally’s Corporation.
The L&D Performance Academy is available globally from today via the 360Learning platform.
