CoachHub rolls out AIMY, AI coaching tool designed to scale personalised learning

CoachHub has extended the availability of AIMY, an AI-driven coaching tool designed to support employee development at scale by providing accessible, personalised coaching across the workforce.

AIMY builds on CoachHub’s existing digital coaching platform, adding conversational AI that guides users through common workplace challenges including performance reviews, giving feedback, onboarding, communication, and stress management. Employees can engage with AIMY in goal-based, situational, or role-play modes, and personalise the experience by selecting the AI’s voice, coaching style, and language.

“Offering coachees the ability to select a voice, avatar, language and coaching style makes the entire experience feel more human, relevant and engaging,” said Hilary Aylesworth, Chief Product and Technology Officer at CoachHub. “This builds trust and encourages deeper reflection.”

Early adopters such as Texas Tech University and Bolton reported strong uptake of AIMY’s role-play feature. CoachHub shared that:

80% of users who practised role-playing used it to prepare for giving feedback
Common audiences rehearsed included managers (40%), peers (32%), and direct reports (28%)
Top use cases included conflict management (30%), collaboration (27%), and communication (18%).

The tool has been developed with input from CoachHub’s community of certified coaches and scientific partners, including the International Coaching Federation’s Germany Charter Chapter. It is now available to all CoachHub clients.
