Mentor Group bolsters senior leadership team with key hire
Sales training company Mentor Group has appointed Lisa Ojomoh its Chief Revenue Officer.
Lisa Ojomoh joins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), having served in an interim capacity for the past 18 months. During her tenure as interim CRO, Lisa balanced her responsibilities at Mentor Group while running her own business, providing her with a unique insight into the challenges and opportunities within the organisation.
Under her new role, Lisa will be responsible for generating sales wins across existing and new clients, working closely with sales and marketing across the full customer journey. Under her leadership, she will prioritise servant leadership principles, putting the needs of others first, with a particular emphasis on employee wellbeing and development. This high-performance and people-focused culture aligns with Mentor Group’s strategic ambitions to learn, practice, and embed sales training through world-class people, training, and technology.
