2025 top experiential learning technologies companies

Training Industry has named its 2025 list of top experiential learning technologies companies, recognising providers that use immersive solutions such as virtual reality (VR), extended reality (XR), simulations and serious games to support corporate training.

The companies on this year’s list help organisations cut the cost and risk of real-world training while improving learning impact. Their technologies are widely used in sectors such as healthcare, compliance and manufacturing, as well as in leadership and soft skills development.

Training Industry assessed providers against four criteria: the scope and quality of features, capabilities and analytics, market presence, innovation and impact, the strength of client relationships and business performance.

The 2025 list features KNOLSKAPE, ei by MPS, ETU, Roundtable Learning, Abilitie, ELB Learning, insight experience, Advantexe, Skillable, Strivr, Sweetrush, Gronstedt, Cloudshare, Encora, StratX Simulations, Bongo, Regis Company, VR Vision, NIIT and Game Strategies.

Training Industry said the list is not ranked, reflecting the range of services and specialisms across the category. It also published its Experiential Learning Technologies Watch List, highlighting emerging providers with distinctive strengths.
