Strategic learning programmes: Reed Learning and Citrix at Learning and Skills 2013
Reed Learning is delivering a series of business and management training programmes at Citrix: a large-scale, blended learning programme spanning fourteen countries. Representatives from both businesses will be presenting all about it at Learning and Skills 2013.
Reed Learning is engaged in a series of business and management skills development programmes at Citrix, spanning fourteen countries: a strategic HR initiative to support a 50% growth in Citrix’s business between 2010 and 2015. The programme aims to improve employee engagement, the scalability and availability of learning resources and create a unified HR communication and support strategy for managers and learners across EMEA.
Learning and Skills 2013 has invited representatives from the two businesses to deliver a presentation all about the programme.
Chris Prince, International Learning and Performance Solutions Manager, Citrix, explains: “The business’s growth plan required that we move away from a tactical, ‘ad hoc’ approach to delivering training and put in place a strategic management process for training resources across EMEA.”
“Reed Learning is managing the programme: helping my team to build the new learning processes and provide all of the services, from identifying and managing trainers to developing learning materials and managing translations into the fourteen different languages needed.”
“Citrix’s business grew by 20% since we started the programme; and we continue to manage similar growth levels going forward, so Reed Learning has become an important partner. They have helped us to deliver this key strategic HR programme and we’re in good shape to support the business’s continued growth,” explains Chris Prince.
Citrix’s Chris Prince and Reed Learning’s Matthew Piddington take to the stage on Tuesday January 29, 13:00 - 13:30, in Learning and Skills 2013’s Theatre Six: Learning anytime, anyplace, anywhere – making an impact at Citrix.
