Reed Learning takes to the stage at Learning Technologies and Learning & Skills 2014 with clients from Oticon and John Lewis
Reed Learning will be delivering two seminars at the Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills Exhibitions 2014. Both will present insights from recent client projects and will be delivered together with L&D partners at Oticon and John Lewis.
Reed Learning is delighted to be partnering with two clients at the Learning Technologies and Learning and Skills Exhibitions 2014 to present insights into recent learning projects. The seminars will take an honest and practical look at how Reed Learning worked with the client companies to address key organisational challenges.
The seminar with John Lewis will be delivered at 1:15pm on Wednesday 29th January in Theatre 3. The session will consider how two of Britain's best loved high street names, John Lewis and Waitrose, have worked with Reed Learning to face head-on a dynamic change in the way they deliver their learning.
Sharon Mbow (Programme Director, Reed Learning) will be talking to Ginny Powlson (Design Lead, John Lewis) and Carol Easton (Design Lead, Waitrose) to find out just how they approached these challenges. They will share how the changes have been received and the initial indicators on how successful they have been.
The seminar with Oticon will be delivered at 1pm on Thursday 30th January in Theatre 7. It asks the question "how do you engage, develop and inspire a global training function?" The speakers will consider how they ensured consistency of approach and managed cultural sensitivity to achieve 'World Class in Training'. In this seminar Mikkel Holmehave (Training Manager, Oticon) and Simon Chilley (Programme Director, Reed Learning) will discuss how they are working in partnership to answer these questions.
