L&D sentiment in 2019

Each year Donald H Taylor publishes the L&D Global Sentiment Survey. It contains just one question: What will be hot in L&D this year? Learning News caught up with Donald at Learning Technologies 2019 to ask him all about it.

2,000 people took part this year, from 92 countries, each asked to rank their top three choices. Personalisation is again the hottest topic, artificial intelligence second and learning analytics third.
