Learning analytics experts' success stories and insights
L&D leaders are meeting in March to discuss learning analytics successes in a series of presentations and panel sessions, open to learning professionals.
Learning analytics was the top priority in workplace L&D but has the attraction been more reserved recently, as business focused on survival over the last year? The results of the L&D Global Sentiment Survey 2021 by Donald H Taylor show learning analytics dropping to third place in the annual assessment of ‘what is hot in workplace learning’.
DDI research estimates 79% of people analytics projects fail and according to i4cp 86% of companies do not go beyond generating standard reports, raising questions over the L&D sector's progress with learning analytics.
Learning analytics’ potential will be the theme of the upcoming online event this March featuring expert speakers showing their learning analytics success stories:
Anthony Parker, VP, Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility at Christian Dior Couture, will look at analytics through the lens of DEI in his keynote “Learning Data Analytics & Culture Differences.”
Petr Sramek, HR Director at Penny Market, will cover how to create the perfect onboarding of store workers with data.
Tim Peffers, Organisation Analytics Manager at Philip Morris International, discusses the use of data in workforce planning.
In addition, a panel discussion looks at the use of L&D analytics with Simona Podgoreanu, HR Director at KPMG Romania & Moldova; Nick Hindley, an Organisational Development and Learning Facilitator and Marek Balis, HR Director at KPMG Czech Republic.
The event is free to attend and is taking place on March 31, 9:30 am CET. More information and registration is available via the event website: L&D Meetup #LearningAnalytics.
The event is orgainsed by HCM Deck, a platform to help large enterprises manage employee development.
