University of Swansea has become the first Welsh university to create a bi-lingual anti racism e-learning course for staff.
Marshall E-learning has launched a new course in response to recent legislative changes related to the UK Government’s £40 million national counter-terrorism strategy called CONTEST, of which the Prevent strategy is a part.
Marshall E-Learning was founded in 2002 and is now part of Ciphr. They have a strong specialism in diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias and can provide off-the-shelf content and bespoke courses. Clients of Ciphr eLearning, powered by Marshalls, include Financial Conduct Authority, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Barnardo's, Police Scotland, Greater London Authority, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and the Irish Universities Association.
